Import condition No. 5 is added in chapter 71 of schedule 1 (Import policy) of ITC (HS)- 2022.
- Import of Silver paste, sheet…….etc under ITC (HS) No 7106 9210 & 7161 9290 is
restricted, but it is ’FREE’ when imported on “Actual User” basis as an input in
own manufacturing or for R&D by Govt recognized institution.
Import is permitted through Nominated Agency as notified by RBI/DGFT.
