Provisions of para 4.12(vi) of HBP clarified that valid Adhoc norms ratified on or after 1.4.15 will be applicable to pending cases filed under self-declaration on or after 1.4.15 but prior to appln in which norm are ratified. This facility will not be applicable in case of items listed under Appendix 4P i.e for cashew, Restricted/prohibited, ineligible category and 4J pre-import
