There is no effect on import.
Only conformity conditional rule Control Order 1967 is deleted.
It is replaced by prevalent Regulation 2011.
Other conditions remain unchanged.
Policy condition No 1 of Chapter 15 modified in reference to FSSAI Regulations. Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 & conformity of import items specified in the Third schedule of solvent extracted oil, deoiled Metal and Edible flour Control Order 1967 is deleted. It is replaced by Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives Regulation 2011 (made under the Food Safety & Standards Act 2006). Other conditions remain unchanged.
