Import policy condition for Import of Gold under ITC HS code 0718 1200 “…. Other unwrought form” (restricted), now additional condition added :-
New condition added (2) :- Valid India-UAE TRQ holder as notified by IFSCA can import gold thru IIBX and can obtain physical delivery of the same through IFSCA registered vault located in SEZs as per the guidelines of IFSCA.
Other existing conditions (1) & (3) remain unchanged.
