Amendment carried out in para 5.10( c ) of HBP 2015-2020 vide Policy Circular No. 22.3.2019 towards condition of “3rd party realisation”, will be applicable to EPCG authorization issued or after 5.12.2017. EPCG authorizations issued prior to 5.12.17 will be governed by earlier provisions.
