In case of import of bulk drugs, remained unutilized, the can be re-exported to any other buyer (instead of same supplier in earlier provision). The un-utilised material used in finished product can be exported under any Shipping Bill (instead of Free S/B or in lieu of destruction earlier). Accordingly para 4.49(g) (i) & (ii) is modified.
