DGFT amended provisions of Chapter 5 of HBP-23 related to EPCG
• Para 5.04(a) modified for extending time period of 3 years (instead of six months earlier) for submission of installation certificate.
• Para 5.04(b) : Deleted (Installation cert for spares – 3 years).
• Para 5.13(c ) : Amended, EO of Ist block allowed with composition fees based on Duty Saved Amount.
• Para 5.13(e) Inserted new para : EoP of 1ST BLOCK WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED FOR AUTHORISATION OF 2015-20.
• Para 5.16(b) EoP beyond six years allowed with composition fees.
• Para 5.16(e) Inserted new para for PRC cases also applicable composition fees specified based on Duty Saved Amount for EoP or 1st block EoP extension.
